Running Windows 10 via Parallels on Macbook Pro (Mid 2012) w/El Capitan.

Trying to play a Steam game called Black Ops III and I get this error message about the video card.

Youtube has some info on workarounds if one is using an actual PC. Anyone know how to "fix" this problem (if possible) since I'm running a Mac.

My 2nd question guestion: how limited are we by what our standard video card is in the Mac?

Currently I have an Intel Hd Graphics 4000 1536 MB and the screen is 13.3" (1280x800)

Thank you for your help and/or thoughts.

    Hello Harry7,
Unfortunately due to limitations of virtualization, DirectX 11 is not supported with Parallels Desktop yet. Our development team is working on this. We will update you as soon as we have a DirectX 11 support in Parallels Desktop.
    Thank you for the understanding.
