not working after the upgrade

    I just purchased an update (version 11 for Mac) to upgrading the Parallels Desktop 8. After the installation it keep asking the upgrade key from the previous version. So, should I really purchase a full version of Parallels 11? Did I just spent $49,99 for nothing?
