Hi guys, my co-worker is running Mac-OS on a MacBook with Parallels Desktops for a virtual Win 10 installation. In there he is using Office 365 with Outlook 2013. Whenever he is printing an E-Mail, the preview in Win 10 shows the correct layout, memo format. Then it gets converted for using the installed printer on Mac OS. There appears a blank space in the upper third of the printing. Been searching the internet for the problem but didn´t find anything. This problem just occured these days and wasn´t there before. Any ideas or suggestions what the cause could be? Just for the record: I neither speak english as my first language nor do i ever work with Mac OS. So please consider this when having a suggestion. You are kindly allowed to give me help as if i was a total idiot =) Greetings, Felix
Hi @FelixB3 Please try the following steps and check if it fixes your requirement, 1. Shutdown the virtual machine and open virtual machine configuration. 2. Go to 'Hardware' tab and choose 'Shared Printers'. 3. Disable 'Show page setup options before printing'. 4. Start the virtual machine and check the printing. Let us know how it works.
Well.... you know how it is. We tried several restarts yesterday and many more things, nothing helped. Today he comes over and says "Look, i just printed this, now it works again" and we both laugh. Sometimes i hate computers... Thanks anyways guys, I´ll try your solution if the problem appears again. Greetings, Felix
