Hey everyone, I am having an impossible time trying solve this problem. At work, we use an online platform called ClearCare. Within the platform, we can send messages (texts/emails) to employees, and when they reply we receive an email (in Outlook). When we reply in Outlook, the message thread gets saved in the employee's profile on the platform. I wasn't having any problems until a few weeks ago, but now whenever I attempt to reply to one of these messages, I get an error message that reads (I attached a photo):
"Task '[my email address] - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify network connection or modem."
There are times that the message will eventually send, but no fix seems to work. From the tech support at Office, they think it's a problem with Parallels not having access to my network, but cannot help troubleshoot the issue further. I don't have any problems sending or replying to emails from anyone else.
