Is it possible to map the Function Keys in my Mac Keyboard to Windows Function Keys?

I am using Parallels to run Windows XP on my Mac. The function key perform various tasks in Mac from adjusting the brightness, volume to stating and stopping a song in iTunes. The function keys perform these tasks in my Mac even when the Virtual Machine is in focus.
When I go to Actions > Configure > Mouse and Keyboard > Shortcuts > My Virtual Machine and click on the + button, I get a popup (from/to) where I can map Mac Key combinations to my Windows Virtual Machine. However, the function keys do not register in the "from" field.

Is it possible to map the function keys in my Mac keyboard to Windows function keys?
