Am I being daft? Or, does anyone run Anquet OMN on parallels Mac?

Anquet is a UK mapping programme.
I ran it happily on Windows 7 on Parallels for Mac 11 until this am, when it stopped.
After a bit of trying, gave up & did the windows classic of uninstall then try to reinstall.
When I try to reinstall it it downloads quite happily, then says "Cannot start the application. Contact the application vendor for assistance". When I click to send
details to vendor it opens a load of web browser windows with one word each - process - cannot - access - the - file - because - it - is - being - used - by - another - process - exception - from - 0x80070020.

Help!
