I recently purchased a bluetooth enabled gamepad and although I can pair it just fine to my Mac, I can't get it to come up in Windows 7 which I have running on Parallels.

I am currently running Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac and I have the bluetooth devices shared in the configuration:

But for some reason I can't get Windows 7 to detect the device . . . Any help on this would be truly appreciated.

Hi Rob7, follow the steps mentioned below:
    1. Uncheck 'Share Bluetooth devices with Windows' from Configure window.
    2. Reinstall Parallels Tools manually.
    3. Enable 'Share Bluetooth devices with Windows'.
    4. Check if the device is connected via Bluetooth to the Mac.
    5. In Windows, open Bluetooth settings > Bluetooth and turn it on.
Search for devices and check how it works.
