I use parallels on two machines and a coworker uses it as well. Only on my Retina MacBook Pro (11,3) do I have display issues with Windows 10. For one, the size of fonts throughout the OS and application are very inconsistent. In some places, it is so tiny you can't read or click on it and in others is so big it won't fit. That would almost be bearable, but some applications will not refresh their windows properly. White boxes will start appearing over the window content as you work and move the window until you can't use them at all. Closing the window or changing the context of the window will often clear it, or at least part of it, until you start working again for a moment. All three machines, including this one, are running El Capitan and the latest Parallels, but only this one is affected. Here are the extensive steps I have taken so far:

1 - Checked all display settings, device manager, drivers, reinstalled Parallels Tools, and anything I could think of within the Windows environment.
2 - Uninstalled Parallels, after renaming the app to that which matched the path in the AppleScript so it would actually work, and then reinstalled it and the tools in Windows again.
3 - Created a new VM with a fresh copy of Windows. Decided it was a good time to move to the 64-bit version of Windows.
4 - Created a Boot Camp partition, installed Windows, and then tested it to see that it behaved normally which it did.
5 - Booted back to the Mac and created a VM using the Boot Camp partition. Glitches.
6 - Tried several other things I read in the forum that I really didn't think would help but what the heck. Obviously nothing.

My wild guess is a hardware / driver compatibility issue with this MBP model? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi JohnnyK1,
Please follow the steps outlined at this link to adjust the scaling in Windows & increase Windows RAM memory to 2GB or 4GB.
Let us know how it goes after the changes.

    Thanks,
    Dhana.
