I'm running Parallels 11.2.0 (32581) on OSX 10.11.5. I'm behind a firewall at our company (no direct outside internet connection). I recently tried to upgrade from a previous version of Parallels 11 where Parallels said an update is available and if I would like to download it. I was behind the firewall when I initially tried to download the update and so it failed. I then got on the internet and manually downloaded the latest build and installed. Now once a day I get a popup window when I'm behind the firewall saying "Unable to process upgrade request". I have set Parallels check for updates to "Never". I have also tried fully removing Parallels and using the PDUnisntaller utility to remove Parallels configuration files and reinstalling. The same "Unable to process upgrade request" popup still shows up daily. If I go online and tell it to "Try again." it goes away only to show up again the next day. I cannot stay online 24/7 at work unfortuntately.

How can I stop this popup from showing up?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello @RattasakS
Could you try the following steps and see if there any changes,
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop if open.
    2. Open Disk Utility (/Applications/Utilities/) on your Mac.
    3. Run First Aid.
    4. Restart your Mac and start Parallels Desktop.
Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @Sasti@Parallels
I tried that and left it overnight. The popup still occurs. Any other ideas?

    Hi @RattasakS
If you could share a screenshot of the popup screen, we could look into for a solution.

I've reformatted my machine and reinstalled parallels with the same issue unfortunately. Here is the message window that keeps popping up:

    Hello RattasakS,
It was an internal error and now we could see the screen shot in your previous reply also.
Please try these steps and see if that helps
    1. Remove Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac. Note: Use PDRemove.zip to uninstall Parallels Desktop and the article is also applicable to Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
    2. Run Repair Disk Permission .
    2. Reinstall Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac from this link
If the issue persists after the steps above, do the following:
    1. Launch the Terminal application located in Applications > Utilities
    2. Paste the command below into Terminal, then hit Return:
    .sudo launchctl stop com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon
    3. You may need to type your Mac password and hit Return (you will not see characters while typing)
    4. Copy and paste the following command, then hit Return to start Parallels Service:
    5. sudo launchctl start com.parallels.desktop.launchdaemon
    6. Try to start Parallels Desktop application.
