I am getting to the "loosing my mind" point trying to find a way to get help with this.
I have an iMac running OS-X El Capitan, Parallels desktop 11.2.0 and Windows 8.1.
Everything was working fine, until I finally decided I should have anti-virus software for the Windows side. I bought and installed Kaspersky - now when I start Parallels all I get in Windows is a black screen and the cursor. No "right-click", no "left-click" options, nothing.
I contacted Kaspersky twice, they denied any responsibility and said I needed to contact you, but it seems to me that Kaspersky MUST be the problem.
I did buy Kaspersky for windows, as that's what I was trying to protect - should I have bought the Mac version and could that be the issue????

    Thank you,

    Michael

I've uploaded it, though I can't really see the purpose - as I'd said in the original post, it's nothing but an absolutely black screen. For some reason, Jing, which I'd installed on the Mac, was still accessible in Parallels, which is the only way I could take a screenshot.

Hi MichaelF9, please press Ctrl+Cmd+F to minimise if your Windows virtual machine is running in Full screen mode and then go to Action( From Mac menu bar) to Reset.

Hi @MichaelF9, this could have been caused by your Windows application. It most probably won't but in case if this happens again, let us know and we will look into it.
