When I am using my Windows based programs the screen jumps around - don't know how to describe it but it just jumps around on its own. When I try to select something, the screen just keeps flitting onto one thing after another without allowing me to get to my actual selection. In other programs I cannot utilize all the function and the same instability happens within the programs - for instance, the zoom takes off going up & down on its own - I am not touching anything.

    Hello @MarianneA,
Changing the resolution mode might fix this issue. Try this solution and let us know if it works.

I do not have a box saying "Enable Retinal Resolution" - I do have a box saying "Enable Vertical Synchronization." So I am using El Capital OS on an iMac. Is this a resolution problem? The screen resolution seems okay and changing it to scaled does not allow me to work with my photos on the Mac side.

Hi, could you try reinstalling the Parallels tools, Actions->Reinstall Parallels tools and see how that works.
