Coherence not working

    I've just installed Parallels and Windows 10 using an official Windows USB dongle. I followed the installation processes recommended in the support pages. However, it appears that coherence isn't working. I've checked the preferences and I think all the correct settings are selected but it just doesn't work. Any suggestions?

    Hi AnthonyA2,
    Please make sure Parallels Tools is installed on your Windows 10 virtual machine. If it's installed, please reinstall Parallels Tools with referring to this link and check how it goes!
