I have just recently noticed everytime i close the lid of the laptop that when i re open and sign back in, MS outlook (running on windows OS) prompts for me to re enter my password. Is there a way to prevent this? OS: Windows 10 Pro MAC OS: OSX El Capitan PD: Version 11.2.0 (32581) Office: 365 Home Subsciption
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately my outlook profile doesn't show that info, nor is the registry setting available.
If it happens everytime you open and sign in to MS outlook (running on windows OS) then, there may exist some technical issue. one simple way to resolve your Outlook issue is to contact there support team directly and ask for the solution. The Outlook customer service number can be obtained from online directory like Contactforhelp.
Hi Tony, try removing stored credentials by following these steps: 1. Click Start, Control Panel, and then click Credential Manager. 2. Note If View by is set to Category, click User Accounts first, and then click Credential Manager. 3. Locate the set of credentials that has Outlook in the name. 4. Click the name to expand the set of credentials, and then click Remove from Vault. 5. Repeat step 3 for any additional sets of credentials that have the word Outlook in the name.
