Coherence greyed out after latest Parallels update

    Hi, I've just updated to version 11.2.0 (32581). I'm running Windows 10 which was fine in coherence mode in the previous version of Parallels. Since the update coherence mode has been greyed out?

    I have looked at the display adaptors and have also run a repair disk permissions as suggested in the knowledge base but neither have fixed the issue.

    Hello JamesH10,
    Please reinstall Parallels tools with referring to this link ( try scenario 1) and check how it goes. If the issue persists, please check out this article.
