I had a Macbook Pro which needed to go in for service to have the logic board replaced, but I forgot to sign out to deactivate the license before shipping it. I was able activate my license on another (loaner) Macbook Pro, which I was able to do relatively easily - the system logged me out, and activated Parallels on this current machine.

Now, I have received my original laptop back with a new logic board - but I'm unable to activate Parallels. I have signed out of Parallels on the loaner (thereby making it able to be reactivated on the original laptop), but I keep getting an error message that my license has reached the max activations for it. What's the deal????
