Using Cmd+Tab to Switch between Windows Application

While I work in Windows, I tend to work only in Windows and I would like the Cmd+tab shortcut to switch me between Windows applications only and not take me out of Parallels. Is that an option? I find it very cumbersome to either have to cycle through all my open Mac apps or use the mouse to switch apps. I also find that the Windows apps tend to be at the very end of the list of apps when I do use Cmd+tab, so I either have to press Cmd+tab quite a few times or go backwards with Shift+Cmd+tab, both rather annoying.

I do not use Coherence and don't really want to.
