    Hello,

Ever since I updated to Windows 10 and Parallels 11 I have had soon many problems with my computer running extremely slow upon start up of Windows. My computer runs completely fine without parallels open. When I open Parallels, and start Windows it sometimes opens right to the log-in, other times (most) it takes a minute or too until i am able to sign on. Once I sign on, my computer either immediately opens to the windows desktop and i can use my computer fine and like normal.....or .....what normally happens is it takes nearly 5, sometimes up to 10 minutes before my computer is usable. I get a rainbow wheel, which then freezes, and if i try to do anything on my computer it slowly very slowly responds one bit at a time. But it takes so long to work that it is really annoying. If i happen to be listening to music it skips like crazy and i can't even stop it until my computer catches up and becomes usable.

Recently, my computer has started to do this new thing...where after i enter my password into windows, it opens up the desktop, becomes usable for approximately 30 seconds....and then freezes and restarts my entire computer. This has happened a few times and up until now after one restart, parallels and windows has been fine until the next time. BUT today, EVERY TIME I LOG IN TO WINDOWS IT RESTARTS MY ENTIRE COMPUTER.

So does anyone have a fix for this? My thesis is due next week and i really don't have time to travel to the nearest mac store and wait there for a day with the mac dude(or dudet). I don't even know if they would help, when I had issues with bootcamp they wouldn't help because they won't touch anything windows.

Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

Hi ChrisU1, Please update Parallels Desktop 11 to the latest build and generate a Report ID http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and share it with us so that we will check it for you. Thanks!
