Microsoft clearly can't even bring the much bragged about 'Start Menu' back without causing major issues and turning folks machines into bricks. Has the Parallels Team gotten any update on this as the KB was posted in December of 2015. I'm still experiencing this issue TODAY - repeatedly. If it wasn't for me taking Snapshots and being able to roll back...I'd be screwed.

Mike, we are aware of the issue reported in the threads. We do have certain steps that our Engineers can try for resolving the issue.
