    Hi,

I've just got a fresh install of windows 10 on a Bootcamp Partition, on Mac MBPro (15' retina mid-2014). All updates done, Win Defender installed.

I've been trying for 2 days to get it virtualized, but can't manage to get it work. The problem is, when creating a VM using BC, Parallels tries to install Parallels tools on startup. It usually goes through 60%, then crashes (without message) and reboot.

I tried to delete the partition I created and which caused problem, and create a new one. I'm now stuck on the screen "Updating Bootcamp - Installing last PT version", and using the window preview int the control center, I can see that PT installation has failed one more time, and that the VM has rebooted.
After 10 min waiting, I finally got error 15085 in Parallels...?

Is there any way to get PT to work considering all this?

    Regards,

    Hello DidierP1,
    1. Please make sure to uninstall Anti virus-if any, before you could transfer Windows from Bootcamp.
    2. Follow this article and run the registry fix, then try to install Parallels Tools.

    Hi Sylvester,

Thx for your answer. Here are the results:
    1. I don't have any anti-virus installed, except Windows Defender. I tried to turn it off but it keeps coming back on every startup.
    2. I've followed the article, downloaded and execute the fix, rebooted, but the problem still persists.
    What more can I do?

    Regards,
