An Update is available ...

Whenever I start Parallels, I get a screen that says "A new version of Parallels is now available 11.1.3-32521. You have 11.01-31277." I click "Install Update" and the box disappears, the update never starts, and Parallels won't run. If I click "Remind me Later" I can use the old version. Ive tried restarting my Mac but am still unable to get Parallels to update.

Please advise how I can get the software to update.

Sounds like a corrupt download.

Close Parallels.
Go to (press shift+cmd+g in Finder) ~/Library/Parallels/Downloads/ and delete all downloads inside that folder.
Start Parallels again and try updating.
