Before upgrading to 11.1.3, F6 switched back and forth between Windows and Mac (full screen) seamlessly. Now I can switch from Windows to Mac, but when I press it again, it only activates the "Parallels Desktop Control Center" rather than switching to the running Windows full screen instance like it used to. Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi Joshual, please follow the steps below:
    1. Start Parallels Desktop for Mac.
    2. Go to Parallels Desktop Preferences. (Click Parallels Desktop icon on the Mac menu bar > Preferences)
    3. Choose Shortcuts tab > Select OS X System Shortcuts > Send OS X System Shortcuts > Select 'Auto'
    4. On the same page, check the option Show & Hide Parallels Desktop:F6
    5. Go to Mac System Preferences > Keyboard >Keyboard Tab > Check the option 'Use all F1,F2 etc..'
Now start Windows in Full screen and check how it goes.

Arun, I tried what you suggested and here are the results:

When I am in Windows and press F6 switches to switch to Mac, but when I press it again, it only activates the "Parallels Desktop Control Center" rather than switching to the running Windows full screen instance.

Did they ever resolve this for you? And if so, can you share the solution here? Thanks.
