I updated my parallels to 11.1.3 from whatever the last more recent release was called and it appears that a bunch of options have been reset so I'm trying to get things working again: 1) I can no longer see, in the Windows 10 virtual machine, a Flash card I have installed on my Macbook Pro. I checked all the sharing options and they seem to be set up properly (under Options | Sharing | Share Mac, I have Shared folders set to all disks and Smart Mount, selected in addition to Smart Cloud and Shared Profile. In the past I've been able to see this drive (it's a card plugged into the flash card port on the side of my Macbook Pro Retina) but now it doesn't show up. This has always worked fine for up until the latest upgrade. I checked some related troubleshooting posts but nothing I tried fixed it. I also confirmed the same issue for a usb flash drive plugged into a usb port. It does not show up under "This PC" on the Windows side. 2) The display resolution seemed to have been reset. When I set it back again to 1280 x 800 (which is half the retina resolution horizontally and vertically) I notice that in full screen mode it looks much better if I have Hardware | Graphics | Retina Resolution set to Scaled but if I want to run it in windowed (non full screen) mode, it looks much better with that option set to "Best for Retina". I mostly run it in full screen mode so I'm not sure if this is a recent issue or not. Thanks, Dave
Hi @DavidSpr, please try reinstalling Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer to this article. Let us know if the issue persists.
