2x RAS Cloud Portal v 12 resetting Client Detection

Dear All,

We have just updated to V 12 of the cloud portal, but our estate is not at version 11 yet and we dont want users to be forced to download and install a updated client yet - we have client management systems for that.

However, I have turned off the Client Detection setting - but it keeps turning itself back on and I cannot find a way of permenantly removing this setting!

We are using IIS on Windows server 2012, and this is the only website served by this server.

This happens every time I restart the web-site from IIS, and it seems to hkeep happening on its own.

Furthermore, I have noticed the default application pool keeps timing out so I have attempted to set it to 'ALways running' and the timeout to 1500 minutes.
However I dont want to have to keep going in and resetting this setting!

Presently 2X does not support version 10 of the 2X ApplicationServer range of products, although versions after are supported at time of writing. If you have any further questions please contact us
