I am trying to create a Fedora Core 5 VM in Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac.

Installation of Fedora seems to start properly, but after Network Settings, nothing happens. The VM seems to be hung and the installation cannot complete.

Any idea what is wrong ?
Has someone succeeded to install Fedora Core 5 on Parallels Desktop ?

Following is the sequence of operation :

    - Start Parallels Desktop
    - Installation Mode (typical)
    - OS type and version selection (Linux, Fedora Core)
    - VM Name choice
    - VM Performance choice (recommended)
    - Fedora Core installation starts from CD
    - Skip media testing (I know for sure my CDs are OK)
    - Language selection
    - Keyboard selection
    - Warning : partition table unreadable, would you like to erase this drive (Yes)
    - Partitioning
    - Warning : existing Linux patitions will be removed, are you sure (Yes)
    - Networks Settings

Then I press Next and nothing happens anymore ...

As suggested, problem resolved by selecting "Set hostname manually" instead of "using DHCP".

Tips : Using Fedora 5 DVD ISO image on Hard Disk (instead of 5 CDs) also makes installation faster and more reliable.

    Thanks for yous help.
