Froze screen after upgrading

After upgrading most recent version of Parallels Desktop tonight,
the screen of Win 10 froze completely.
the screen was frozen exactly when installing parallel tools pops up.
I tried to shut down win 10 but no response.
Plz contact with me if you know the solution.

 

Hi @DonghyunK, try to terminate the frozen Windows and then launch the virtual machine and check how it goes. Refer to this article. Also, let us know at what percentage Parallels Tools hangs while installing?

I successfully resolved the issue.
I did not specifically check the percentage of Parallels Tools, but I think it was 5.3%.....not sure.
