Parallels 11 upgrade lost

I upgraded Parallels 10 to 11, entered the key and activated. Then I upgraded to El Capitain (probably should have done that first). Now that I have El Capt, it reverted back to Parallels 10. How do I get 11 again? Can I download the trial version and then enter the key? If I go to upgrade again, it wants my credit card again. I'm new to Apple and to Parallels don't really don't understand this process. Thanks for any help.
