Upgraded to 11 but activation keys not working

    I recently upgraded to 11, and the activation key for that seems to have worked, but when I put in the activation key from my previous version it doesn't seem to be accepted. I did purchase the upgrade through a new account because my old account was under an old email I no longer use, but I didn't know at the time that would have any impact on activation, and didn't know if I even still had access to the old account.

    As a strange twist, my new account doesn't even show my newly-purchased license any more! But luckily I still have the email confirmation and credit card bill to prove it.

    Now, how do I get some support to make this activation work?? Apparently you have to either buy support or register your purchase first, and I can't register my purchase until activation, which is my problem in the first place!
