Mouse synchronization

    Hi, after the latest upgrade to Parallels 11.1.2 and the installation of Windows 10 (instead of Win 7) I find that the mouse synchronization is sometimes very poor and in many cases I loose my arrow (in Win 10) as it appears in another part of the open window. When working on cad this is very painful...
    Any suggestion? My OS X is 10.11.3.

    Hello Franco D1,
    Please click on Actions in the Mac menu bar > Configure... > Hardware > Mouse & Keyboard > set "SmartMouse" to Auto-detect for games or Don't optimize for games or optimize for games, any of this functions should help in resolving the issue.
