Cannot activate

    My MacBook has been sent to be repaired a week ago and has failed to be fixed. I will need to reinstall my Parallels desktop, what can I do?

    I have a similar issue. Had to move Parallels 10 to a new machine due to a crash. Now it says I've used up my activations. Please assist.
