I am using Windows 7 and since updating to El Capitan my CPU usage in my Windows environment is running at 100% causing Excel to crash. I upgraded to Parallels 11 from 10 hoping to fix this problem but it continues. After reviewing recent posts I am wondering whether Parallels even works reliably with El Capitan at all. Are there any fixes for this?
Hi MichaelT6, We would suggest you to reproduce the issue and please send us a problem report http://kb.parallels.com/9058 and this will help to check what is going on. When the report is sent, you will see it's 8-digit number. Please specify it here. Screenshots of CPU usage in Activity Monitor and Task Manager will also be helpful.
