I have been trying for over an hour to tray and find and find a contact number to get some support but cannot find one anywhere. I get redirected to Facebook but nobody answers messages. Does this company offer any customer service whatsoever???
You're not the only one frustrated about support. I upgraded to D11, ran into problems, and the website says register for support (while saying I have over 200 days of support available), and when I try to enter my D11 activation code (again), it says I'm already registered (but doesn't show D11 registration). No email, chat, or phone support. I've posted on the forums, and get no support here, either. Not a happy customer.
