After upgrading to Parallels 11, Windows programs ran ok (slow but ok) but new after a few weeks they load very slowly and then lock up a few steps into any operation and have to be force quit. Running OS X ElCapitan ver 10.11.2 on a macbook pro, Parallels desktop 11.1.2. I followed the directions on Article ID: 116263 and created a test vm and the activity monitor usage percentage went way down but I can not seem to get the machine to run on this test VM, can't get past the "Parallels Desktop Control Center" window. In way over my head here.
