Microsoft product key

    new/novice user. Parallels installed. another user installed Windows 7 but I keep getting prompts that it's not a GENUINE product key, but NOWHERE can I find where I need to go to edit/update/re-enter the Windows 7 product code. It's not in the program's HELP, nothing on youtube, etc.
