Can't use licence key

    Hi,

    I purchased parallels and it's not letting me register my license key that I was given.

    Not a very good first impression of the software, I purchase it and can't use it, I then have to try navigate your support site trying to find something similar but can't in your support pages.

    I then send a contact from request and they say they can't help.

    Find this support forum and there's pages and pages of issues, did anyone think that having an open support forum full of issues would be good for the impression it gives to users?!?

    Really terrible first impressions...

    Hello Martin, You may have a faulty registration domain listed in your local hosts file which prevents Parallels Desktop to register. To fix the issue, please refer to this article and let us know how it works.
