Hi! Please, help me to decide on which version of windows to install. There are only few programs I need that require windows, so I won't be using Parallels this much. Considering this fact, should I choose windows xp or windows 10? And another question: Will I be able to use MPC-HC via Parallels to watch movies and other stuff and how well will it work? Thank you!
Hello KisKis, Windows XP is an end of life product, Windows 10 is the latest operating system which was very recently released by Microsoft and is capable of running most of the application, So choosing Windows 10 could be better option as Parallels Desktop 11 is fully compatible with Windows 10. Also you can use MPC-HC in Windows via Parallels with out any issues.
Thank you! In this case may I ask you one more question? Sorry, it may look silly since I'm not really familiar with these things. For example, I installed windows 10 and activated it; after that deleted parallels and windows. Will I have to buy windows in case I want to install it once again?
Hi, If you delete Windows from one computer you can always activate it on another computer, The license only can not be activated simultaneously on two computers- This applies for Parallels Desktop as well!
