Hi I need to run parallels desktop 10 and the only license I could buy was for desktop 11. I know find the current license won't open desktop 10 ! I cannot upgrade my OS to mavericks. Is there an easy solution? Regards.
Hello PP, With general availability of Parallels Desktop 11, we no longer sell any older versions of Parallels Desktop. To buy Parallels Desktop older version please contact any re-seller. ( You can get it from Apple store , Amazon, e-bay etc) Please refer article
Hi Thank you for the quick reply. The download was from your main download page yet you don't sell it! Parallel 11 is widely available but as stated I need to run version 10. Is it that difficult to supply me with a key as I have paid the full price ? And do I need to pay for it again from a re-seller!! Not good advice or customer service.... please put this right asap.
