PEASE HELP. NEED FOR SCHOOL

I recently bought a copy of parallels through my university website. It works however, when I try to install Windows 10 I keep getting stuck at the setup page. I am getting a screen that reads "no images available". I have looked online and found nothing. The windows I have was bought through the online university store and was downloaded to my computer. I do not have a physical copy of windows. Please help.
