Nothing happens when I try to copy and paste between Mac and Windows. Parallels technical support referred me to KB article http://kb.parallels.com/117984 which first sent me to http://kb.parallels.com/en/122981 where I added a new Registry string value in the string data field of C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Parallels Tools\prl_cc.exe. After rebooting the VM the problem persists. Continuing on with http://kb.parallels.com/117984 I confirmed that there was no pr_cc.exe or Parallels Control Center component in the startup tab of the Task Manager. Next I went to C:/Program Files (x86)/Parallels/Parallels Tools/ as instructed but there was no prl_cc file present to copy to the desktop. I'm at a support dead-end and the problem persists. Has anyone successfully fixed this?
