Multiple windows 7 icons in sidebar

This seems to be happening sometimes, as it is right now:

I used my VM yesterday, and now I notice -- and this happens sometimes -- that there are one or more icons in the sidebar in the finder window for the VM. Only one is the actual VM, but when I click on the others I get a message saying "there was a problem connecting to the server "localhost." The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, an then try again.

Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix this? I can't seem to find a way to get rid of these icons.

 

Hi Straitsfan, try un-installing and re-install Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer this article.
