After the upgrade to Windows 10, I removed the domain to my user account. The effect has been also a resolution of the screen that is not compatible with windows 10 screen. The parallels screen cannot contain the windows 10 screen (it contains only a small lower left portion and I cannot use the system at all).
Hello, It seems that you're on outdated build of Parallels Desktop 11, please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build 11.1.2 (32408). You can update to the latest build as suggested in this article. Latest version always available here: http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd11/ Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools). Please see this article to know more about Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac updates summary.
Thanks Paul Chris, the problem is still there after the upgrade to version 11.1.2. The screen resolution fault has been generated by the windows account domain removal.
Thanks Dhruba, it doesn't work. Seems that the display adapter is not a Parallel Display Adapter but a Windows PnP Display. The resolution of the screen is 4800x3600. The display resolution maximum can be 1920x1200, so only a portion of the screen can be seen.
Hello Vincent, please refer to this article to fix Windows 10 screen resolution issue in Parallels Desktop.
I referred this article and nothing happen. Still the resolution, set by the system at 4800x3600 doesn't allow to reset it from Windows. Thanks again, Vincenzo
Hello Vincent, could you plz share a screenshot of the windows, so that we can check and let you know. Thanks!
