Parallels Update 11.1.1 Enter Coherence greyed and Black windows screen

Here we go again! Another Parallels update, another problem. Since updating to
Version 11.1.1 (32312), enter coherence is grayed out and My Windows 10 screen is pure black.
Help.

 

Hi Dannis, please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer to this article.

 

Can't access Control Panel. When I click it, nothing happens. I can't launch any windows app.

When I click on Actions > Install Parallels Tools, nothing happens.

Did you read my last email? I cannot get to the Control panel. There is no Start button. My Windows screen is totally black.
