Hi! I have some issues on a Windows Parallels machine running Windows 10, The problem is that the customer that uses the computer sometimes get the windows lock screen, just intermittent, I have disabled all lock functions in the windows OS, No powersaving etc, The computer is running OS X Mavericks. If anyone have any idéa why the computer gets locked please help me. Kind Regards .

Hi Robin, Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build 11.1.1 (32408) & check if the issue still persisting. You can update to the latest build as suggested in this article. Latest version always available here: http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd11/ Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools).
