New Parallels 11 but same old problems

I just purchased P11 and I feel like I just threw away $50.

Windows 10 was running fine for me in P10 but I bought into the hype (lies) of improved performance etc and bought the upgrade. It's no faster than P10, and when compressing the virtual machine and I restart the VM Parallels displays "Parallels Desktop" and sits there. I hear the startup chime of Windows but it never appears. This was a problem in P10 and still exists in P11. Also the run away cpu still exists in P11.

I dislike Windows at any time and only have two programs I use it for but every time I go to use it either Parallels or Windows screws up. How and why do people put up with this.?? I'm wondering if it's easier to run bootcamp.

When will Parallels get fixed?
