Moving parallels from old to new Mac

I cannot activate parallels version 10 on new Mac. I uninstalled parallels from the old Mac and when I use the activation key on new Mac i get error that "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key". I have Macbook pro and using El Capitan.

Still getting the same error after trying this command in terminal.
prlsrvctl activate-license-online

 

Please follow the steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/113647 to resolve the issue.

 

issue is resolved by calling Parallels.
