Purchased Parallels Business Edition & received a non working license!!

    I purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition (1 Year), and got my license number.
    When I enter it, I receive the following message:

    "You should contact the person who is responsible for license management in your company and ask him/her to associate this license key with a Parallels business account. For more information, please see here. Contactez l'équipe d'assistance de Parallels pour recevoir de l'aide."

    and I cannot activate my account (it's just one day after I did register)...
    and I can't find a way to ask to reactivate it...
    and I can't get in touch with the parallels team other than with a painful ticketing system...

    Does anyone had the same issue?
    How to fix it?

    Hi, you probably purchased Pro version, not Business. so, do not specify 'business' edition in registration wizard and go through default process
