Cant install Win 10 pro on a new IMac / 4 core Pentium - 32mg Ram

I keep getting right up to when it's about to install Windows and I get the following error... I have tried reset a few times goes right back to this screen after a few seconds. Any idea?

 

Hi James, are you trying to install Windows with an .iso image file or an USB drive?

James, try to download the .iso file from this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/home
Then follow the steps suggested here.

 

I have followed the steps and downloaded the .iso and in the process made it further into the installation but can't seem to get to further. I receive the following error upon near completion. The vm appears to be in the finalization stages when it reboots and then this error message appears. Any ideas?

 

As per this post in Microsoft's forum, this will be happening if you are trying to upgrade from an earlier version of Windows. Please clarify whether this is a fresh Windows 10 installation or an upgrade so that I can suggest solutions accordingly.

Try downloading the ISO from http://bit.ly/1LT6FpT & install Windows 10 as per the steps given in the article http://kb.parallels.com/4729 and see how it goes.
