Parallels with windows 10 and My Publisher

    Was able to open photo book once in My Publisher in windows 10. Closed out and tried later to open the same book and it will not open. Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem might be? Thanks

    Hello Peter,
    Try following the below steps to fix this issue:
    1. Follow this article and isolate your virtual machine from Mac
    2. Then reinstall Parallels Tools
    3. Click on Actions > Configure > Security > and disable "isolate Windows from Mac"
    Now try to open photo book-It should work!
