    I have a VM with Windows 10 and it has the Use All Monitors set to True, but it starts in only one monitor.
    To have it on all monitors, I have to either:
    -Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable after the Windows VM has started;
    -Toggle one of the view settings that takes it out of the current mode ('Exit Full Screen' or 'Use All Displays in Full Screen')
    I'd this support issue worked out by a Parallels technician (via LogMeIn), but with no luck.
    She said that the problem was reported to parallels developers and asked me to wait for the next Parallels Desktop update (I was with the 32202).
    The update came (32312), but I still have the problem.
    With regards of article kb.parallels.com/113734, my configuration is correct.
    So, sadly, the issue remains :(

    Hello Walter, please create a Problem Report for the virtual machine as described here http://kb.parallels.com/en/9058 and provide us with the Problem Report ID.

    As I said, I'd already did that. And I was contacted by a Parallels technician from your support, but with no luck. The problem remains.
    The report ID is #2202610
