Inaccurate Cursor positioning and not clicking from trackpad

I have installed Parallels 11.1.1 on a new Macbook Pro 13" with retina display.
The trackpad and clicking on it were working to begin with.
However, I don't know if as a result of a Windows or Parallels update, but the cursor is no longer tracking properly on the screen - it appears to be offset to the left, and the offset grows as you move to the right of the screen.
In addition, the clicking on the trackpad is not working.
The only way I can navigate round buttons on a screen is using TAB, and the space bar to click the buttons.

Hi John, please try re-installing Parallels Tools and check how it goes. Refer to this article, to re-install Parallels Tools.
