I experienced "Windows 10 will not run on this PC" error due to the issue with Parallels Display Adapter (WDDM)" and have tried the solution proposed in http://kb.parallels.com/en/123053.
Windows downloaded nicely, but then i got the following error message:

I'm running Parallels 10.3.0 (29227) - the latest version of 10 on a MacBook Pro Mid 2009, El Capitan 10.11.1, 8 GB RAM
